At BRJD Public School the teachers have been handpicked through a very exhaustive and in-depth process. It wasn’t just the teachers’ credentials that were taken into consideration, but also their student interaction and student handling abilities. The role of teachers extends well beyond classroom instruction. Children need to be cared for at all times and need to know that someone has an overarching awareness of their lives at school. Teacher Appraisal monitors the performance of teachers, and teachers are encouraged to attend workshops to rejuvenate their imaginations.
